Model of Arkwright’s Waterframe
Model of Arkwright’s Waterframe in Museum Office

This model of Arkwright’s waterframe was made in the mid 20th century by an engineer at Stanhill Mill, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire and is an exact model replica of Arkwright’s Patent No. 931 of 1769.

The only known surviving complete waterframe, which came originally from Masson Mill, is now in Helmshore Museum in Lancashire.
