Broadcaster and economist Evan Davis will be talking about his book Made in Britain and the things that Britain produces in order to pay its way in the world. In the historical setting of Masson Mills, one of the finest of Derbyshire’s surviving mills in the heart of the Derwent Valley, this will be a fascinating look at industrialisation, old and new. Evan Davis is the highly respected presenter of the BBC Radio 4 Today programme, as well as presenting BBC Two business reality show Dragons' Den.

This event is supported by Sir Richard Arkwright’s Masson Mills.
